Berni is an award winning salon owner with 40 years of experience in the business. She grew her first salon from five employees to over fifty in five years. She had the honor of receiving the Aveda Master of Arts, Women Who Make A Mark and Aveda Global Humanitarian Award. She now Co-owns Berni Inc Hair Salon with Jacque. This time, Berni opened this Salon with a different vision. They have a team of 6 employees. Jacque is their educator director, with her speciality in hand-tied extensions and balayage. She has trained in balayage all over the United States and Internationally in the last 10 years. Her passion lies within education and mentoring. She loves teaching new stylist the skills they need on how to have a successful career behind the chair.
